Printing & Materials

What material do you print with?+

We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a strong, eco-friendly filament that produces vibrant colours and a smooth finish. For specific requests (PETG, flexible TPU, etc.) just ask in your quote request and we'll let you know what's possible.

Can I choose my own colour?+

Yes! Each product page shows the available colours. If you want a colour not listed, reach out via the quote form and we'll check our current filament stock — we usually have 10+ colours on hand.

How long does printing take?+

Print times vary by model. Small figures (15–18 cm) typically take 4–8 hours, while larger pieces like the 60 cm Lego Man can take 30–40+ hours. We'll always give you an estimated completion date when you order.

Custom Orders

Do you offer custom / one-off prints?+

Absolutely — that's one of our specialties. Use the 'Get a Quote' form to upload your STL/OBJ/3MF file or describe what you're after, and we'll get back to you with a price and timeline, usually within 24 hours.

Shipping & Delivery

How do you ship orders?+

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer local pickup if you're nearby.

How long does delivery take?+

After your print is complete, standard delivery is 3–7 business days to most Australian addresses. Express options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Payments

What is your returns policy?+

We want you to love your print. If there's a quality issue or a defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll reprint or refund — no hassle. Custom / quote-based orders are assessed case by case.

Can I order in bulk or wholesale?+

Yes! For orders of 5+ units, get in touch via the quote form and mention it's a bulk order. We offer discounts for larger quantities and can discuss turnaround timelines.

How is payment handled?+

All shop payments are processed securely through Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment providers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Apple/Google Pay. For custom quote orders, we'll send you a secure payment link once you approve the quote.

Can I track my order?+

Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also contact us at any time and we'll give you a status update.
