Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days to most Australian addresses after your print is complete. Express options are available at checkout.

Tracking: Every shipment includes a tracking number sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Local pickup: If you're local, reach out via the contact form and we can arrange pickup.

We do not currently ship internationally. If you're based outside Australia, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Print times

Prints are made to order. Most standard figures (15–18 cm) are printed within 1–3 business days. Larger pieces like the 60 cm Lego Man may take 2–5 business days due to longer print times.

Custom orders are quoted with an estimated completion date. During busy periods (Christmas, etc.) lead times may be slightly longer — we'll always communicate this upfront.

Packaging

We carefully wrap every print to survive shipping. Figures are bubble-wrapped and packed in a rigid box. We've had an excellent track record with no breakages — if something does arrive damaged, see the returns section below.

Returns & refunds

We want you to love your print. If there's a quality issue or defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint or refund — no hassle.

To start a return, email us at hello@zeecee3d.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Change of mind returns: Because prints are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If you're unsure about a product, reach out before ordering and we're happy to answer any questions.

Custom orders: Returns on bespoke/custom quote orders are assessed case by case. We'll always do our best to make it right.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item, then contact us at hello@zeecee3d.com.au. We'll arrange a reprint or full refund as quickly as possible.
